Store Policies

The Dream Book Outlet offers the following Returns Policy: 

Returns: We accept returns or exchanges within 10 business days of the ship date(except on all number systems:eg:  anything under the Number System Catagory or Monthly Subscriptions.). Goods must be returned in original, unused condition. We will apply the credit to your credit card for the merchandise amount only- not the shipping costs. Normal shipping rates apply for  re-shipments. All products are sold as curios only. We make no supernatural claims. All names are “brand names” only, and their respective alleged powers are gathered from books, folklore, and traditions passed down over the years.

International Shipments

Because Shipping Costs vary so widely due to the Weight of the package and the Country we are shipping to- Please call or email us with your order and we will weigh it AND THEN CONTACT YOU with the Correct Shipping Charges.-via e-mail. We will not charge your credit card until you have approved the total charges (including shipping). 
  

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Check and Money Orders.

Sales Tax:  If shipping to New Jersey we collect 7% sales tax.

Returns:  We accept reutrns or exchanges within 10 business days of the ship date.Goods must be returned in original, unused condition.  We will apply the credit to your credit card for the merchandise amount ONLY minus the shipping cost.  Normal shipping rates apply for reshipments.  All products are sold as curios only.  We make no supernatural claims.  Our book products and sheets are sold for entertainment purposes only.

Ordering & Shipping Policies: 

We normally ship your order the same day it is received or the next business day, (excluding weekends and Holidays), unless we are temporarily out of stock of an item or unless the item has been disontinued.  In either case you will be notified and an estimated ship date will be given.  All orders are shipped from New Jersey and transit time is determined by your address location vis the US Postal Service.

International Shipments

Because shipping charges vary so wide;y due to the weight of the package and the Country origin we are shipping to; Please place your order via phone (800-251-4814) or email us with your order; www.dreambookoutlet@gmail.com.  We will then weigh AND THEN CONTACT YOU with the correct shipping charges via e-mail or by phone.  We will not charge your crdit card until we receive your approval for the total charges.(including shipping)
