Returns Policy

All sales are final and no Returned merchandise is accepted unless authorization has been given. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of order. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge, unless fault or error is made on our behalf. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless fault or error is made on our behalf and authorization was given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect for damage or shortages.  If your order has been processed/picked and you request the order to be canceled before it ships there is a 15% restocking fee.

NO RETURNS ON anything under the Number System Catagory or Monthly Subscriptions THESE SALES ARE FINALE; NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping

We ship all orders USPS using First Class, Parcel, and U.S Priority Mail.

Orders places Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and will ship within 48 hours, pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. 

 International Shipments

Because shipping charges vary so wide;y due to the weight of the package and the Country origin we are shipping to; Please place your order via phone (800-251-4814) or email us with your order; www.dreambookoutlet@gmail.com.  We will then weigh AND THEN CONTACT YOU with the correct shipping charges via e-mail or by phone.  We will not charge your crdit card until we receive your approval for the total charges.(including shipping)

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from The Dream Book Outlet, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or cost of returning the package to The Dream Book Outlet. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
